Brief History Of White Hat Gaming
The company was formed in 2012 by Max Wright, who certainly has many of the attributes required to set up and develop his own gaming empire. His educational background and several years as an independent casino operator provided the perfect foundation for his decision to set up his own gaming platform.
Today, his company has offices and staff situated throughout the western hemisphere. The company’s headquarters is located on the Mediterranean island of Malta. More than a hundred software development and marketing staff operate out of these premises near Mosta, a small inland city toward the north of the island. The city has a population of around 20,000 inhabitants, and is situated around six miles west of the island’s capital, Valetta.
White Hat Gaming also has major satellite offices situated in London and in Cape Town, South Africa. It also has additional premises on the UK overseas territory of Gibraltar and in Chicago in the United States. A significant proportion of the workforce works independently of these locations. There are pockets of employees working remotely across much of Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Norway, Poland and Spain.

Personnel at White Hat Gaming
It is common practice when looking at a company’s management structure to begin at the top of the organisation. White Hat Gaming have an extensive Board with wide ranging executive and management experience, although it is unclear who is actually the Chairperson or CEO at the time of writing.
Founder of the company Max Wright led the company in the early days. His high level qualifications in Mathematics and Statistics plus his years of experience as an independent casino operator on the Microgaming Platform provided him with more than enough experience to launch his fledgling company. Philip Gelvan took over as company CEO in February 2016.
